A talented musician in the making called Lema, wrote to me one day and told me he was a big fan of my work and asked me if I was interested in being the artist for the cover of his first album titled “Primero que Nada”.
The main idea was for this album cover to be his letter of introduction. A concept where you could see that, inside his mind, there are many concepts and worlds that you’ll be able to have a peek into with this first album.
To achieve this, we created a series of sketches that would be used as individual covers for each song that would then be put together in the main composition of the album behind Lema’s portrait to represent this diversity of styles and worlds inside of him.
